We wish Year 11s the best of luck as they enter their final weekend before the written exams start on Tuesday. In the assembly this morning, we reminded them that alongside working hard, they need to look after themselves by having plenty of sleep and eating well. They all should be aiming to be in school by 8am every day so that they can have some breakfast (which we will provide) and get support from their teachers. Before every exam, a teacher will do a ‘warm up’ where they remind Year 11 of some key knowledge they think will come up in the exam. We are delighted to be crowned champions of the U12 Harris Football Cup and the Harris Year 11 netball competition; we are incredibly proud of all the students involved. We encourage everyone to join an extracurricular sports club and so if your child isn’t involved, please encourage them to sign up for one of the different sports programmes. Students in Years 7 – 10 have two weeks until their exam week. You can find all of the revision guides on the website and students should be spending time revising for them. If you have any further questions, please liaise with your child’s Head of Year.
Best wishes for an enjoyable weekend and bank holiday Monday,
Mrs Larizadeh
