Student voice is a really important part of everything we do. This week, we have interviewed Year 12s for the Head Student roles. The shortlisted candidates will each do a presentation to the school. This will be followed by all students voting for who they would like to represent them at Student Council and other key events. We are delighted with how well the students are collaborating with each other, especially through the House programme, where all the students in each House come together in their ‘House Huddles’. This gives students the opportunity to meet each other across year groups and develop a team spirit so they can strive to win the coveted House Cup. House trips also serve the same purpose with some fun involved! There are some pictures in the newsletter from the trips this week. We are looking forward to seeing all Year 9 parents at the Duke of Edinburgh meeting on Wednesday and all parents at the Cultural Evening on Thursday. There are still some tickets available for this and all the details are in the newsletter.
Best wishes for an enjoyable weekend,
Mrs Larizadeh
